- Terms: 25% cash should be included in
all orders, remainder to be paid before shipment unless credit rating has been established
with us at a prior date.
Open accounts due net 30 days. Interest rate of 1% per month,
or 18% per annum will be charged on past due accounts. If amount is turned over to an
attorney for collection, the buyer pays attorney fees.
- Discounts: 2% on all cash orders
3% discount allowed on all orders packed FOB your truck at sales yard and paid for at
time of pickup.
- Shipping: Whenever possible we ship by motor
freight. This method of transportation gives you door to door delivery. Please state which
line you wish to handle your order. We suggest that you pick up your order at our nursery
if possible in order to avoid shipping delay and possible damage. We have our own truck
for truck load delivery.
We are not responsible for delay in shipping, damage to stock
from any cause, after we turn shipment over to common carriers.
No packing charge if cash accompanies your order. NO COD.

Guarantee: We give no
guarantee, express or implied as to description, life or productiveness of any stock. All
stock guaranteed to be true to name and variety and alive at the time the stock leaves our
warehouse. If any stock proves otherwise we will not be liable for any amount greater than
the original purchase price. We are not responsible for delay in shipping, damage to stock
from any cause, after we turn shipment over to common carriers.
- Claims: All claims for shortage or damaged
stock must be filed in our office within ten days after delivery.
- Caution: We accept all orders subject to crop
conditions and on the condition that the same shall be void should injury befall our stock
from hail, fire, frost, error in count or other causes beyond our control. All orders are
accepted without liability for non-performance if labor shortages or delay in
transportation should prevent us from making delivery.
